PLAY it Forward Youth Sports Scholarships

Yorkville seeks to create hope by providing more opportunities for children to play. Through our PLAY it Forward initiative, the Yorkville community has made it possible to provide registration fee scholarships that will allow access to youth sports for participants. Our goal is that as many young people as possible are active and engaged in positive activities.
To apply for a Yorkville PLAY it Forward Scholarship, please complete the form below and send it to scholarships@yyaa.org.

Scholarship applications must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of a season. Yorkville will consider all completed applications received by the application deadline. Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee a scholarship. Awardees will be notified within a week before the start of a season. Receiving a scholarship does not register the child for the activity. Once approved for a scholarship, the parent/guardian must still register online for the Yorkville sport for which the scholarship was awarded. Yorkville does not discriminate based on a person's actual or perceived race, color, national origin, ethnic group, religion, religious practice, disability, sexual orientation, gender or sex.
