For a fun, healthy way to exercise, our runners enjoy Central Park in the fall and spring, moving indoors in the winter.  Teaching dynamic warm-ups and drills, and instructing participants in the fundamentals of track and field, our coaches aim to motivate and encourage runners to reach their potential.

Spring Dates: April 4 - June 8 (skipping Apr. 18, 20, May 30)

Mondays and/or Wednesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm @ Central Park (East 97th st entrance)
