For a fun, healthy way to exercise, our runners enjoy Randall's Island in the fall and spring, moving indoors in the winter.  Teaching dynamic warm-ups and drills, and instructing participants in the fundamentals of track and field, our coaches aim to motivate and encourage runners to reach their potential.

Fall Dates:  4:00pm @ Isaacs/McDermott Rink (96th street and 1st Avenue)

Participants will meet at the 96th Street East River Promenade (96th East of the FDR Drive) and run to Randall's Island

Grades 3 - 8
