For a fun, healthy way to exercise, our runners enjoy Randall's Island in the fall and spring, moving indoors in the winter. Teaching dynamic warm-ups and drills, and instructing participants in the fundamentals of track and field, our coaches aim to motivate and encourage runners to reach their potential.
Spring Dates: 4:00pm @ Isaacs/McDermott Rink (96th street and 1st Avenue)
Participants will meet at the Isaacs Rink on 96th Street & 1st Avenue and run to Randall's Island

Monday April 5 - June 7 (skipping May 31)
Wednesday April 7 - June 9
Mondays and Wednesdays April 5 - June 9 (skipping May 31)
Winter Dates: Sunday, December 13 - March 7 (skipping December 27, January 3, & February 14)
