For a fun, healthy way to exercise, our runners enjoy Central Park in the fall and spring, moving indoors to Loyola High School in the winter. Teaching dynamic warm-ups and drills, and instructing participants in the fundamentals of track and field, our coaches aim to motivate and encourage runners to reach their potential.
Spring Dates: April 6 - June 3 (skipping April 13, 15 & May 25)
