For a fun, healthy way to exercise, our runners enjoy Randall's Island in the fall and spring, moving indoors in the winter.  Teaching dynamic warm-ups and drills, and instructing participants in the fundamentals of track and field, our coaches aim to motivate and encourage runners to reach their potential.

Winter Dates:  Sunday, December 13  - March 7 (skipping December 27, January 3, & February 14)
