• Summer Baseball Camp (August 2008)
• After School Program at P.S. 183
• Fall Baseball (Grades K - 8) & Fall Baseball for HS Students
• Next Level Basketball Fall session
• Fall Baseball for Nursery School Children (4’s and 5’s)
• NEW Tackle Football

After July 15, 2008 fees increase by $50.00 in most programs.

Please be certain to look at all pages for each form. Our new insurance carrier requires all participants to sign a release statement. Please find this statement on a separate page in this packet. You will also find the required NFL required waiver for flag football that is in addition to this form.
